The Process of Scientific Enquiry
How do scientists know what they know? How are scientists confident of what they find out? Is there a way to validate what a scientist has found? Do scientists think more critically than the others? Can we use more critical thinking in our day-to-day lives?
This is journey of understanding everyday science mysteries through stories and inquiry based learning.
In the process of exploring the edges of human understanding, the students will also be exposed to the process that scientists use to solve problems - like formulating a hypothesis, designing an experiment, carrying out the experiment and collecting data, analysing data, inferring whether the hypothesis is validated or not based on the data and communicating the findings.
This course will help students take the journey of a scientist and explore cutting-edge areas of science and help them develop critical thinking andreflections about process of science than understanding science as series of facts. The students will get an opportunity to learn how a geneticist predicts possible diseases in unborn children, or how one can make a GPS without modern day technologies or learn the process through which the diversity in the living world came about. The students will also be exposed to some real-life problems that scientists have been asked to resolve. There are some problems that are still unresolved, which the students could help resolve!

Understanding the synergy between wonders of Science with Places
Will we have Sun rise tomorrow?
How confident are we that we will continue to have sun rise every day?
Are we sure that sun ever rises?
Many such questions and their not so clear, direct right answers create a feeling of mystery and wonder! People may wonder or worry about climate change, the greenhouse effect, nuclear energy, and energy in general, as well as space research, solar eruptions, magnetic fields inside and outside Earth, and space radiation. How can these people, including students and teachers, find out about such subjects?
Over the centuries, our knowledge seemingly termed as Geography, physics, and Astronomy is creating new boundaries for learning about the laws of nature, of Earth, and of the universe has grown large and intricate. That is why history and chronology are important: The order in which ideas and discoveries arrive and grow is also a matter of perspective!
This course is aimed at kids in grade 5/6/7 to understand and explore the realms of what is popularly called as Geography/ Physics and Astronomy!
Course aims to help students to explore connections and create awareness about planet that they live on and planets that mankind wants to conquer!
This is a journey in which students will learn stories form being Stargazers to traveling in starships!

The journey of Self!
There is a leader in each one of us! And till we identify the same we keep following others, look beyond ourselves and search for role models and attempt to ape others! We are so much into discovering self through others that we fail to understand self - This course is about the journey of self!
The theme of this course would be the individual self. The sessions include, Self- esteem and Loving Oneself, understanding self as we reflect upon others, Vulnerability, Use of Power, Feelings, Unconditional Love and Forgiveness; Communication - Assertive communication, Being with Nature, Stress and time management.
The methodology is process oriented, with emphasis on self- reflection and awareness; and one's own experiences through the journey of life. The various themes that participants will explore are :
- Me in My world - my roles, its challenges & joys
- My daily life & work - How much energy do I give to its different elements? - And what would I like to change?
- A Step to Nurture my Individuality and inspire myself.
- To truly listen to self and their priorities
- Discover their disowned/ different partss
- To connect with their own internal clarity and opennesss
- Recognise inner defence mechanisms and stress inducing patterns
- Grow in self-leadership
- To work in teams
